Gratitude and the Cancer Journey
On Wednesday, April 15, the Cancer Support Community – MA South Shore (CSC-MSS) offers an evening program entitled: Gratitude and the Cancer Journey: Becoming a Benefit Finder. The program is offered from 6 to 7:30 pm in the CSC-MSS space at 120 Longwater Drive, suite 104 in Norwell and features guest speaker Debbie Lyn Toomey RN. Toomey, the founder of the Ultimate Healing Journey and a certified Positive Psychology and Wellness Coach, presents what gratitude is and how it’s proven to help people become more optimistic, stronger, relaxed, and mindful, as well as develop an overall sense of wellbeing. This interactive workshop helps people who are impacted by cancer learn to apply more gratitude into their daily lives. No charge to individuals diagnosed with cancer, their caregivers and cancer care professionals. Please call to register as space is limited; 781 610-1490.
